In 1997 Sir Richard Branson set up Virgin Cosmetics, selling gorgeous premium Cosmetics, Skincare and Bath & Body products through Direct Selling Party Plan, Retail Stores and Mail Order.

October 1998 - Work hard, play hard!
Virgin Cosmetics launches it's very first Direct incentive trip taking 23 Consultants on a five-star all expenses paid trip to Monte Carlo as a reward for their hard work and commitment in sales and recruitment – After just a year this stands at 1000 Consultants!

October 1999 - Recruit, recruit, recruit
The success of Direct Party Plan depends on expanding your Consultant base and that means recruiting, recruiting, recruiting! Two years on Virgin Cosmetics celebrates it's 2000 Consultant.
